Fertility
Our hatching eggs are sold as fertile and we continually test hatch all our breeds. But we can not guarantee fertility after they have been through the postal system. If eggs are available and fertility is good you will be able to "Buy Now". Please note that this means we will be able to post them within 1-2 weeks of your order. They will be fresh eggs laid within 3 days of postage mark.

Delivery
Currently our products that are available for online ordering include postage costs to the UK and Ireland. If you would like them sent to Europe then please contact us as there maybe an additional charge. We do not “stock pile” eggs hence why there maybe a short delay in your order being sent. You will be emailed when they are despatched so that you know approximate day of delivery. Postage costs £5.00* per box of 6 chicken or duck eggs. £6.50* for special mixed boxes. Goose eggs are available in boxes of 4 eggs and postage is £6.00*. They are sent using Royal Mail 1st class post.

If you require Royal Mail Special Delivery when eggs are ready to be despatched then please remember to add under the Upgrades section "Use Royal Mail Special Delivery" this costs an additional £2 for each box of eggs. Remember lucky dips are 2 boxes of eggs.

Packaging
All our eggs are dispatched in new Poly boxes. We have found that this method is the best if the egg is also wrapped in kitchen towel to ensure a good snug fit in the box. They do not sweat or get damp using this method.

Returns
In the unlikely event that your hatching eggs are damaged in transit we will replace them (at our discretion).
We can refund the purchase price but not the postage costs. This is because even though your item is covered by Royal Mail they do not refund the postage costs. We will need to see proof of any breakages before any offer of a refund or replacement eggs is entered into. The prices above are for eggs sent to the UK & Ireland Only.
